HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for organizing the departments software development, quality assurance, IT
• Expansion of the above departments and promotion and development of employees
• Management responsibility for more than 20 employees
• Monitoring and further development of processes
• Management of the release cycle and coordination with other departments
• Creation and communication of strategic roadmaps
• Organization of resources for product and custom development services

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of managerial experience in software development, preferably of standard software
• Excellent knowledge of project methodologies and process management
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Strategic and economic thinking
• Excellent analytical skills
• Above average degree in computer science or computer science or related economic studies
