To be able to always suit the needs of their clients, the Company is looking for an experienced director in software lifecycle management who understands processes of products and projects as well as software development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervising and improving development processes
• Managing the release cycles
• Organizing and expanding key departments such as Product Design, Software Development and Quality Assurance
• Resource Management for product oriented development
• Leading responsibility for 30+ employees
YOUR PROFILE:
• Many years of professional experience in fields such as Software Lifecycle Management, Project Management, Software Development
• Extensive knowledge in Process Management in the Software Industry
• Distinguished Leadership Qualities and Communications Skills
• Excellent Analytic capabilities
• Working experience in Germany
• Proficient communication in English and German
