SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (BERLIN)
As System Administrator you will have a key role in the Company by leading the development of the server- and infrastructure.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administrating the internal as well as the external servers
• Monitor, run and troubleshoot our technical infrastructure
• Ensure a smooth and working environment for our developers
• Plan and conceive new lasting technologies, applications and solutions
• Configure and further develop the internal monitoring system with Nagios
• Cooperate with our developers to optimize the processes
YOUR PROFILE
• Degree in Informatics • Extensive experience with Linux-/Unix (Debian/Ubuntu and Bash/Ruby/PHP are a plus)
• The company appreciates knowledge in continuous integration, Hudson, Jenkins, automated tests, Puppet (auto-configuration and deployment), Varnish, HAProxy, DNS Loadbalancing, Cloud Computing, Firewall setup (iptables), NoSQL, redis, MySQL, flume, monitoring with Nagios, Munin and Piwik, Bash and Ruby scripting
• You enjoy complex systems with high traffic and you do not fear new challenges
• Even under pressure you are devoted, reliable and structured • Proficient German and Englisch
